I've had it with the radios at my workplace - they're absolute junk. The volume controls keep falling off, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a replacement knob that fits more securely. After some trial and error, I finally got it just right: these knobs have withstood daily use without any issues. Although I'm not sure how many people are stuck using the same model of radio as me, if anyone else is in this boat or simply wants to upgrade their equipment, here's a reliable solution.
