Radio Flyer Tricycle (2-5yo) Pedal Extender

Radio Flyer Tricycle (2-5yo) Pedal Extender

thingiverse

My daughter couldn't reach the pedals of her Radio Flyer Tricycle, so I designed some pedal adapters to solve the problem. Now, I'm waiting for the print to finish so I can test fit them and make sure they work as expected. Update 1/30/17 - Initially, I tried designing a clip system that would hold the adapter in place on the existing pedals. However, those clips kept breaking off when I attempted to slide them onto the pedal. So, I decided to switch to using zip ties instead, which securely hold the pedal extenders in their position. To print these adapters successfully, you'll need to do it four times - two per pedal. Place one adapter on each side of each pedal to maintain the center of gravity and prevent the extender from always facing downwards.
