Radio flyer cupholder

This is a custom-designed cup holder for the popular Big Wheel Radio Flyer tricycle. The design clips directly onto the wooden slats of the ride, providing a secure and stable base for holding drinks or snacks. To ensure structural integrity, I printed the cup holder upright with built-in supports using my HICTOP Prusa 3D printer. The print settings were optimized to produce a strong and durable product. Rafting was not used in this print, allowing the cup holder to be easily removed from the printing platform once complete. Support material was generated to provide additional stability during the printing process. A minimum resolution of 0.2mm or larger was chosen to achieve high-quality details. The infill density was set at 20% to maintain a balance between weight and strength, making this cup holder perfect for daily use on your Big Wheel Radio Flyer tricycle.
