Got alot of grass to cut, calcualted it costs over $400++ an annum to cut quite badly with a ride on mower. Figured if it is kept low than a small radio controlled vehicle could do a better job than a ride on mower CHEAPER. STL files uploaded with gcode for 1.75mm nozzle and 0.3mm extruded. Bracket is for a WLTOYS standard racer "MATCH" (which is what I should use to cut the grass, but governement have my billiards license) To have it work for your RC vehicle just design a new backend at the bracket. The front is fine. Standards kept too: Uses TENTPOLES from dome tents to stiffen bearing and as a bumper bar incase I bump into something which may damage the blades. Blades: 12x3mm Aluminium Stock, these have tobe sharpened to your desires. NOTE: I have discovered they dont actually need tobe sharp at all, by over sharpening all your doing is prematurely wearing out the blade. NOTEB: Alloy is FINE. If you want steal than account for a need to make device more precise and beefy. Standard 'skateboard' nylon bearings are used, you will need 2of, otherwise it is possible to use just the ten pole with some alloy surround for an oil bearing. Openscad MESSY file included, sorry no much in way of comments, I design faster than I doc. Some may want to redesign a tad, cause its near impossible to assemble and pull apart the blad section.
