[NEWS 28/01/2020] A major update has been released, combining the Radin-Loader and Open Powder into a single, powerful build. This Remix, courtesy of hawk86, is an excellent update that I personally use, despite retaining my physical design. The main features include all parameters configurable from the trickler, multilanguage support, grams/grains conversion, new dosing process, enhanced accuracy, and more. Accuracy has been significantly improved, with a minimum setting of 0.003g, as tested by me. Please note that the power supply to the board is crucial for achieving high accuracy. I now supply the driver/stepper alone via USB plug, using a phone charger that I've found to be excellent. The 5V BEC did not provide satisfactory results. As a result, I'm now using two separate power supplies, which has yielded very fine accuracy. Daniel, a German maker, and I are currently working on his new program, incorporating some modifications I wanted to implement. The new features include: * Menu for settings, including gram/grains conversion * Calibration memory * Speed settings His dosing process appears more efficient in balance with mine; however, I've identified the weak point of my system: the 12V supply causes instability when connected to the stepper system. With separate power supplies, everything is stable (around 0.003g movement), so I plan to supply the stepper system with a 12V source and use a 5V BEC for the Arduino and weighting system. This stability allows for higher weight thresholds, smaller delays before weighing, and fewer weighting sample numbers without compromising accuracy. This significantly reduces dosing time! [UPDATE 31/08/2019] Following feedback from two makers who experienced issues: * The variable problem has been resolved. * A .zip file containing my libraries has been added to the thing files, which can be useful if you encounter errors with the HX711 libraries during compilation. [UPDATE 18/06/2019] Multilanguage display is now available in a single program! You can change the displayed language by modifying the "byte Language" line. Standard English is represented by 0, while French is represented by 1. It's possible and described in the program how to add another language for those interested. [UPDATE 16/05/2019] * English display is now available! * The motor turns quickly at first but slows down as it approaches the target weight, with pauses for stabilization of the weighing process. * At the end of the weighing process, the delivered weight is displayed. If the difference between the delivered and target weights is around 0.005g, one short beep sounds; if under 0.005g, three short beeps sound; and if over 0.005g, one long beep sounds. /!\ Always test your build with another weighing system! Cout moins de 30€ (pièce 3d exclues) en commandant en Chine. Modéles commerciaux similaires en magasin 400€!!! Calibration au démarrage avec poids étalon 50g. Réglage du poids cible par 2 boutons + et -. Un bouton mémoire (5 mémoires enregistrées): Un appuis court sélectionne la mémoire 1, un autre la mémoire 2...etc. Un appui long pour sauvegardé en mémoire, puis appuyer sur la touche désirée. Un bouton pour faire la Tare. Un boutons pour démarrer la pesée (pour arrêter d’urgence, bouton reset de l’Arduino). Le moteur tourne rapidement au début puis la vitesse diminue à l’approche du poids cible avec délais pour stabilisation de la pesée. A la fin le poids délivré est affiché, si autour de 0,005g du poids cible, 1 bip court, si en dessous 3 bips court, au dessus 1 bip long. /!\ Toujours tester la fiabilité de votre montage avec une autre balance!
