Radiator Pipe Collar (escutcheon ring)
thingiverse
Well, I required some radiator collars (escutcheon rings) for the new kitchen floor - the sizes available in the nearest hardware store wouldn't fit, and I have a 3D printer, so... There are models for 17, 27, and 34mm pipes - If you have pipes with different dimensions, just scale the nearest model to fit. As an alternative, leave a comment with the size you need and I will upload a model. To mount them, just open the split part and put it on the pipe or tube. PET will work without breaking; I don't know about other materials. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: 15% Triangles Notes: Use semi-flexible filaments like PET or ABS. Two perimeters, two bottom, and three top layers.
