Radiator Bracket for EK CoolStream PE 480 (Quad)

This design is tailored specifically for the EK CoolStream PE 480 (Quad) and identical radiators featuring holes and a depth of 38mm, measuring 120x480. The brackets enable easy mounting of fans and the radiator as a cohesive unit, making it simpler to remove them for cleaning or maintenance. A reservoir bracket has also been incorporated to securely attach the reservoir to the radiator. Although its functionality is uncertain due to lack of testing, it's worth noting that this additional feature could enhance overall system efficiency. There are two distinct variants available: one with two holes for attachment to the radiator and another featuring a single hole accompanied by a slot designed specifically for the reservoir bracket. Typically, users rely on long UNC 6-32 screws to secure fans and radiators within the case. However, this design necessitates the use of these screws only for attaching fans to the radiator while smaller UNC 6-32 screws are employed for securing brackets on the opposite side of the radiator and other screws attach the bracket directly to the case. Please be aware that compatibility may be an issue with certain cases. In my instance, I had to modify my case by removing the front mesh designed for the original fans and substituting it with a 170x540mm metal plate featuring a 122x482mm open slot in the center, accommodating the fans. This design is still a work in progress, which may lead to discrepancies between hole alignment, radiator fitment, or bracket length.
