Radian Style Raptor charging handle for PAAR15

this is remixed for the PAAR15 designed by Igniz. it will require supports at the bottom, either use tree supports on cura, or set offset angle to 90 degrees and use only enforced supports on prusaslicer. i havent tested this much yet so i would recommend playing around with infil and print settings if it is either too flimsy, or theres something wrong with it.
