Radial Fan with Casing
thingiverse
Originally, I shared a DIY project involving a radial fan that I enhanced with a 3D-printed case and laser-cut acrylic covers for the front and back. The entire project can be done using printed parts, but I chose to use acrylic for added elegance. To recreate this fan enhancement, print both the fan and its case, adjust the back cover to fit your motor (mine has a 20mm bevel at the shaft), cut out the front and back covers from 1mm acrylic, and glue everything together.
