I'm building a high-performance cooling system for my 700Watt power supply by incorporating a cross flow cooling fan to minimize noise levels associated with traditional fans. To secure the fan adapter and baffle in place, I'm utilizing strong round Neodym magnets that provide a snug fit. The specially designed fan baffle not only reduces noise but also safeguards my fingers from accidental contact. Please note that the accompanying photo showcases an earlier version of the design, featuring an open-ended fan baffle; however, it's now closed on both sides for enhanced performance and safety.
