Radial blower
thingiverse
Here's a radial blower that uses a standard PC fan 50x50x10mm as its motor. The measurements have been optimized for a 0.4 nozzle with two perimeters set. If you want to download the free version without a logo, it's easy to print and will support me; you can find it here: http://3dupndown.com/content/?pcode=cont_view&idx=5518.
