Radds to LCD 12864 Full Graphic Display Smart Controller Ramps

Here is the rewritten text: I created adapter board files to connect the Rads with the LCD12864 controller. It's similar to the Rads2LCD, but it doesn't require additional ribbon cables; instead, it uses the ribbon cable that comes with the LCD12864 controller. I tested it with a 1.2m cable length and it works fine. The board is safe from polarity issues as long as the connectors are properly connected. The board has a hole to attach it to the Due and Rads using screws if desired. However, you'll need to update the firmware like you do for the Rads2LCD. However, this won't display the contents of the SD card; to fix this, add the following lines to DisplayList.h starting at line 345: #define SDSS 10 #define SPI_PIN 77 #define SPI_CHAN 0 After that, the SD card will work fine. With the next Repetier update, you won't need to update the firmware anymore.
