Rad City Front Fork Fender Bracket
thingiverse
This is a replacement for the original Rad City front fork fender clamp. Not sure if it works on other newer models. It fits approximately 36 - 37 mm fork diameter at place of clamp. If your forks are like mine, they taper slightly top to bottom. If you play with your slicer settings, you can ensure that the print seem is on the inside radius of the clamp where it does not show. I suggest using 8 wall layers to ensure that the bracket is nearly solid where the nuts and screws clamp down. Like on the original bracket << Do not over tighten! >>. There is a self locking nut so only tighten enough that the clamp lightly grips the fork and does not slide up or down. Avoid using PLA filament unless you have a plus or pro variety that will tolerate the outdoor heat and sun exposure well. The plastic must also be flexible enough to spread open to snap the clamp over your fork. Very hard or brittle plastic may not work. I printed mine in OVERTURE black PETG and it works great. The STL file can be sliced with either side down so that you get the desired finished side up as shown in the picture above.
