This is a cover for the battery terminals on a RadCity Electric Commuter Bike Version 4 from Rad Power Bikes. I use it to keep gunk out of the battery terminals while driving with my bike on my hitch bike rack on the back of my RV. It'll probably fit other Rad Power bikes, but since I only have the one model to test on I don't know for sure. Let me know if it works for you and you have a different model Rad Power bike.
