This is a 19" Rackmountpart for the DrayTek Vigor DSL Modem and the middle plate fitting to the Unifi USG Rackmount. The middle plate can be completed with snap-in CAT 5 connectors to get the Vigor WAN and DSL connectors to the front. Added 1 Version with 3 holes for the connectors in case you are using both LAN ports of the Vigor.
