I created a custom adapter specifically for my taillight from bicycle rack, allowing it to fit snugly into the mudguard space where only one screw holds the taillight in place. Enjoying the design, on my Salsa Fargo, I found it turned out very tight, so I deliberately made it flat to maximize its strength and prevent any layer adhesion issues. I printed this model using PET-G material, taking advantage of high infill density and low fan speeds to significantly boost the adapter's overall strength.
