Rack mount key folder

I use a key folder rack-mounted in my workplace, but it has broken down. The problem is not that it's completely non-functional, as I've tried to redesign it twice already. To print any new support files, I need help right away because the original peel-off mechanism is now stuck due to being integral. My redesigned versions of this folder have been about twice as large as the originals.
