Rack mount adapter for Raspberry Pi CM4 + IO for modular 19" 2U system with 2x 2,5'' HDD

Hi community, inspired by Krapozoks cool RasPi mount for 19" Rack, I've mixed something in 2018 ... it is up and running since then. OLED's in my previous design died pixel by pixel, within nearly 3 years, not sure if due to heat or the nature of OLED, discontinued in my newest mix :) Win 10 3D Builder and 2 left hands left some scars on the Remix of Krapozok's Design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1793758) and bolmen's macpie (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4855720). The Raspberry CM4 + PCIe (SATA) looked great, so I wanted to have it as an replacement for my "old" pi's. Pick up Marvell 9215 chip, it's benchmarked and issues solved by the nice geerlingguy (https://github.com/geerlingguy/raspberry-pi-pcie-devices/issues/1) I tried an external PSU, but also tried the internal one, 12V 3A is enough to power the CM4 + IO board + SATA + PWM Fan + 2nd FAN + 2x 2,5'' HDD's Parts needed: - Raspberry CM4 - Raspberry CM4 IO Board - PCIe SATA Controller / Marvell 9215 (I used: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00Q9H5148/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - F54S Floppy to SATA Power cable (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08WKGBZT4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - 12V 3A Powersupply (Meanwell GST36E12-P1J is good) - Cooler for CM4 (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B091YY5J78/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - PWM Fan for the CM4 + Maybe 2nd FAN for the controller (Noctua's are good) - 3,5'' Bay for 2x 2,5'' HDDs (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B019LS5ULA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I've used the internal Flash to boot the CM4, it's fine for me. Data on one SSD and and one larger HDD, it's speed is anyway limited to ~115MB/s / Gigabit network. Printed with support, 50% infill and 4 borders was around 80-85g (Innofil PET). Have fun with this, for me its my new home-automation box :)
