***Reupload to fix thingiverse's issue with not publishing a thing if you save and view it before publishing it.*** There is a video of it all put together. in the images, one shows what's been removed from the bulkhead if you want to print the bottom cover and glue it into an existing printed bulkhead. The other image shows how to put it together. Build the bulkhead with the a-arms, rack, knuckles, and steering arms. Attach the case and pinion to the servo mount and horn. Then place the bulkhead on, holding the rack with your fingertips so you can slide it down into its slot on the case, and then screw the bulkhead in. I'm only putting this as a work in progress in case anyone needs some changes made to it. I have printed this, and it works 100% as far as I can tell. If you need any modifications to it, feel free to message. A big thank you to Daver18qc and MRCsledz46 for the original work on the parts I modified. Requires 2 6x3x2mm bearings, one for the case, and one for the pinion. You Will also need a metal servo horn to be cut down in length to fit. And you will need a couple 3x10mm screws, and a 3x20mm screw. Plus, you will need at least 2 5mm balls, but the ones that have the thread attacked tight to them, no collar. I will include pictures of what I mean. I have included a file called bottom cover. You can use this and glue it in place to the existing bulkhead, you will just need to remove some plastic from the hole in the side for the steering arms to clear. I will include this in images. The bulkhead included has this part already attached to print as one piece, and the spots already cleared out for the arms to clear. If you choose to use the glue in part, you will also have to make a hole in the bulkhead to have clearance for the screwhead on the screw attaching it all to the servo horn. I have included a remixed servo mount with 2 holes in it, or you can mark and drill the holes in your existing one. This mostly eliminates the bump steer (massive toe change with suspension travel). As in a few degrees now. And seems to keep full suspension travel despite the suspension length you use on the front. 75mm hole to hole for shocks seem to be the sweet spot. I printed this on my ender 3 with a 0.6mm nozzle at .28-layer height with PLA+. https://youtu.be/DHHUnDYOFYc
