Racing Quad PDB FC Holder
thingiverse
I recently designed a mounting bracket for my Force 2 Frames Nano 130 FPV racing quadcopter's power distribution board, aiming to secure it below the frame and create more space for wiring while lowering the overall center of gravity of the quad. To make this design versatile enough for other quads, I revised it to work with most common PDBs and flight controllers. Now, you can use printable STL files that are compatible with the DemonCore PDB, the Flip32 FC, and a generic PDB. In addition to these pre-designed files, I've included an OpenSCAD file that can be easily modified to accommodate other PDBs, FCs, or various mounting options. By setting the documented parameters, you should be able to produce a holder that fits your specific needs. OpenSCAD is free to download and use; simply open the scad file, adjust the settings, render it, and export the design as an STL file. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Standard or high Infill: 20% Notes: I successfully printed with nylon, but ABS should also work well.
With this file you will be able to print Racing Quad PDB FC Holder with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Racing Quad PDB FC Holder.
