A fantastic printable model features a helix shape that looks great when made with FDM technology in ABS material. Note that this isn't a functioning RC propeller; it's simply a replica. Credit for the design goes to David Dearing from the USA, who shared it on GrabCAD. The model is actually full-sized at approximately 1780mm in length, but you can scale it down if needed - I reduced mine by 0.13 to fit diagonally on my Prusa HBP printer without supports. It takes a bit of time and care to glue the parts together using cyanoacrylate glue, but the final result is definitely worth it; just remember to affix the tips first for precision.
