Racing exhaust, with equal length, long tube headers. (Tutorial.)

I created an uncomplicated method for constructing exhaust systems using basic components. The process begins by drawing a straightforward 2D sketch to outline the exhaust shape. Next, simple bends are formed to build up the structure. The sketch incorporates circles with radii equal to the length of the bend's center line. The intersection points of these circles determine where the bends should be connected. This approach ensures uniform length and curvature for all branches. In this particular design, only two types of bends were used, but more complex systems can utilize additional bends or even 3D designs. If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to ask a question.
