I created a ratchet to mount cables to my Prusa MINI's Z aluminum profile using something reusable. This project was born out of necessity. The "T-nut ratchet for 30 mm aluminum extrusion profile.stl" file contains a pocket for an M3 nut, which can be secured with a 15 mm M3 bolt. A simpler version of the design has been iterated to include an M4 hole for use with a proper T-nut. You can find the design here: https://myhub.autodesk360.com/ue282d3d0/shares/public/SH56a43QTfd62c1cd9685643e0a1951e2bb3 Installation instructions are available in this video: https://youtu.be/bvUciTL83wk Update #20200211: * The T-nut now turns only one way for added security. * An ejector hole has been added for the M3 nut. * A countersunk slot is now included for the M3 bolt. * More room has been made for the hex key or screwdriver. * Extra teeth provide a tighter lock. * Smaller, 60° teeth make operation easier. * The ratchet will no longer overhang on the left side of the 30x30 profile, making installation simpler even when something is already installed on the profile's edge. * A "fat chicken" edition has been added for an even tighter cable lock.
