Rachet upgrade / awesome tuber squeezer w ratcheting

I was worrying about the worn out of the rachet section because teeth (LOL) are rubbing ones on the others when you squeeze the tube. So, to avoid having to print the full body again (sooner or later), I've sliced the top part of the body (making dovetail), in order to make the part holding teeth replacable. I took opportunity to fix the fact that the 6mm wheel of the ratchet wasn't thick enought to catch button's teeth; 11m thickness is most convenient, I think.
