Racetrack Wallet Card and Bill Holder

<p>Not just a card holder, the Racetrack wallet has a slot for holding bills which wraps around the cards. The curved track securely holds a stack of bills without folding or leaving them exposed, while still allowing fast access and storage - hence, Racetrack! Cards are stored in a simple slot with room for about 8, accessible with one hand via a thumbhole. The default model is sized for American dollars, but the .f3d CAD file is parameterized so you can change the size of the bill slot, as well as the size of the card slot.</p><h3>Printing</h3><p>I printed with an Original Prusa MK3S+ in Prusa PLA, using default settings in PrusaSlicer.</p><p>Print in the default orientation (opening to the side, narrow side down). When printing in PLA you should only need to paint supports on the thumb/finger holes and the fillet contacting the print bed. Depending on the type of material and how good your printer is at bridging you may need to add support inside of the card slot. In any case, make sure there are NO supports inside the bill slot or you will never get them out.</p><h3>Parameters</h3><p>The Fusion 360 file (.f3d) is parameterized. Open the “Change Parameters” menu to see the values. They should be fairly self explanatory. The length and width of the bills must be larger than the length and width of the cards.</p>
