To create a more streamlined design for my TWIG Tank drone, I decided to relocate the RX and VTX components away from the Flight Controller. This would improve accessibility and maintain a clean aesthetic. I designed TPU standoffs to elevate the Flight Controller 3mm above the base of the frame. Then, I created a shelf that fits atop the Flight Controller, accommodating both an RX and a VTX while incorporating two tube mounts for RX antennas. To optimize print quality, it's recommended that the shelf be printed with its flat side facing downwards. Once completed, simply flip it over so the flat surface is on top when assembling the drone.
