Racer with Removable Wheels
thingiverse
This custom 3D printed race car toy was designed with precision in Tinkercad and crafted to perfection on a reliable Davinci 1.0 printer. The detailed model was split into two separate printing sessions, using two distinct plastics on a single-head printer. Screws that secure the wheels are fabricated with at least 50% infill and 0.2 mm height for maximum stability. A cleverly designed wrench makes it simple for children to quickly remove and replace tires as needed. To get started, check out the helpful video tutorial below: http://youtu.be/FYzaKdQSdbI You can access all source files at Tinkercad by following this link: https://tinkercad.com/things/gCa7WEUDLXj-racer-youtube-video When printing your race car toy, I suggest building the chassis in one session and the remaining parts in a second. This ensures smooth production. For added durability, use at least 50% infill for all components, including bolts, with an optimal height of 0.2 mm. You can complete the body and other parts in around 6 hours each using this approach. Feel free to visit Tinkercad and download the files to modify them according to your creativity!
