I swiftly redesigned Techyg's race gate elbow, seeking a stiffer design as I assemble 4 poles on one side (5' gate) and three on the other (4' gate). The added height introduced instability, so I tinkered with this new version, V2.5! A brace bar was added to prevent corner flexing. With further testing, I may lengthen the pole shafts, but it's uncertain whether this will provide significant stability or make the joint and pole more prone to breakage. This modification, however, makes the design stiff enough for printing with TPU for an unbreakable joint! Now, stop reading and create your own gates!!!
