Race Quad Battery Pack Strap

This is a Battery strap inspired by the design of Thingiverse's 835257. I created my own to fit the strength, size, and fit of my race quads (thicker, shorter, wider, with four teeth). It performs best when the section with teeth bends over the corner. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: My Prusa Clone Rafts: No rafts are needed. Supports: None required. Resolution: The resolution is set to .3. Infill: Infill levels range from 50% to 100%. Notes: I've printed mine with four perimeters, three top layers, and three bottom layers for added strength. The overall stiffness depends on the material's stiffness level. If a less stiff band is desired, infill can be decreased to 50% and top/bottom layers reduced to two. I used rubber from 3DColor.pl - with a temperature of 225 degrees Celsius, no cooling fan, and a speed of 20-30 mm/sec on my double geared extruder.
