I redesigned my original remix of Tyrden's build-it-yourself insert, eliminating the need to assemble it from scratch. This redo streamlined all walls to minimize print time and reduce filament usage. From the original remix notes: It fits perfectly on an Ender 3's build plate. I made some personal adjustments because I wanted to include solo elements within the game box. Since my cards aren't currently sleeved, I moved the initial card backer up one slot from its intended location, creating a small pocket for storing bagged resources – essentially the solo content. I also extended certain middle pieces to fill in where I cut out connectors between two card organizers in the original design. The difference is minor – approximately 4mm total. You'll need to print two card organizers and one each of the other three components. Additionally, print as many dividers as you feel necessary. Some notes from the redone remix: The original was based on 1/8 plywood and was roughly 2mm thick. I slimmed down all walls to 1mm EXCEPT for card dividers and card slots – those were left at the original 2mm for added stability. Perhaps it's unnecessary, but that's what I did. This also means middle sections expanded another 4mm to utilize space opened up by trimmed card boxes. (Card boxes were trimmed from the outside, while middle trays were widened and trimmed from the inside – so while they're 4mm wider on the exterior, they're 6mm wider and 1mm deeper on the interior.) Some quick comparisons between my original remix and files uploaded on 8/28/20 are provided. These statistics are based on a 4mm nozzle at .28 layer height. Your slicer stats may vary, but this should give you an idea of how things stand now. Old card box: 7 hours & 67g New card box: 5 hours & 43g Old main tray: 7.75 hours & 85g New main tray: 5 hours & 49g Old small upper tray: 2.25 hours & 26g New small upper tray: 1.5 hours & 15g Old large upper tray: 3.5 hours & 40g New large upper tray: 2.25 hours & 23g Total time savings (with 2 card trays): 8.75 hours Total filament savings (with 2 card trays): 112g
