Race for the Galaxy card holder

This customized card holder was designed specifically for players of the popular board game "Race for the Galaxy." Its purpose is to hold a phase selection card in place, allowing players to easily access their chosen phase without any hassle. Once the current phase comes to an end or when a player finishes with it, they can simply remove the stick holding the card in place. To accommodate this design, I also created a separate version of the card holder that does not include the stick components and has been modified to minimize plastic usage. Here are the details on how I produced these custom card holders: I used my MakerBot 2X 3D printer to create them. The printing process took approximately 7 hours, with three layers printed at a thickness of 0.20mm. My settings for this print were as follows: an extruder temperature of 220C and a heated build plate temperature of 110C, which is essential when working with ABS plastic. It's worth noting that the player stick required only 5 minutes to print.
