Racal-Dana replacement key-caps

These are replacement key-caps designed for the Dana-Racal 1992 and related instruments. They fit onto generic momentary switches, specifically the 6x6x8.5mm switches purchased from Amazon, similar to TE's 3-1825910-5 switch. One problem is that the height of the caps after installation can be somewhat irregular due to 3D printing inconsistencies. The cap does not fully sit on the actuator's shaft, which I believe helps keep the cap securely in place, but causes some variation between parts. The installed height of the switches can be adjusted by modifying the "fudgeHeight" variable in the SCAD file. It is likely that you will need to make multiple attempts before finding the correct value for your printer's bias. If I were to do this again, I would try using 6x6x7.3mm switches with a square cap.
