This adaptable solution enables users to incorporate a larger water container of their choice as long as it features female 1/2 NPT pipe threads, offering flexibility in container selection. It expertly adapts these NPT threads to match the unique threading found on common "soda bottle" styles like a 2-liter vessel. This project seamlessly integrates two separate components: a 1/2-inch NPT plug and a thread creation exercise. I've personally experimented with printing this object on my reprap device using various methods - both with and without support structures in place. My results suggest that omitting supports and utilizing a brim setting yields the most satisfactory outcome. Printing Notes: For optimal results, PLA plastic is highly recommended for use in printing this design. However, I've also attempted to print it using ABS, although my prints ended up leaking. Should users decide to utilize ABS material instead, a print temperature of approximately 250 degrees Celsius is advised to ensure water-tight integrity, keeping in mind the high likelihood of strings and webbing formation at such elevated temperatures
