Rabbit tape dispenser
cults3d
Tape dispenser in the shape of a rabbit. Some gluing is required for assembly, even though the model has been optimized for 3d printing. In particular, no backing is required. Parts: Back.Stl: the back (with the ears) - to be printed flat. Front.stl: the front (with the pasta) - to be printed flat. Blade.stl: the blade for cutting the scotch, which is to be inserted between the doughs. Head-trunnion.stl: the trunnion to be glued to the head, to be printed vertically. The flattest part is to be glued into the hole at the head. Clip x2.stl: clips to be glued into the front inserts (front) - to be printed in duplicate, and to be placed on the edge. Axis.stl: the axis of the tape roll - to be printed vertically. T - joint x2.stl: the T-shaped inserts that hold the axle and connect the front and rear pariet. To be printed on the edge (to keep a good elasticity). The two parts clip together after positioning the tape. The blade has a small rocker to unstick the end of the tape and allow you to catch it (see the small gif). This model gave me a lot of trouble to get a tight enough clip between the two parts, so that it would be a real desk accessory in the end. If you have any suggestions for improvement, I'm always interested. Enjoy!
