Raaco Wall tool clip

My father-in-law needed more tool clips for his Raaco wall, so I created an alternative design. For the original model (Raaco_tool_v4.stl), printing requires supports and a raft; position it with the top side up. Alternatively, there's a Makerbot-optimized version that eliminates the need for supports – just print it with the top side down.
