The typical (and I think the oldest) milling machine collets, the R8.For this set we use equations to facilitate the modeling of the collet family, so you can create any size you want (even make them metric) just by changing the values.Because there is a change in the shape of the collet at the front, depending on whether the tool to be clamped is smaller or larger than 3/4" (in) or 19.05 mm, we decided to use two SLDPRT files.See you soon
