R8 Collet Holder - Modular

The idea for this “jigsaw puzzle” type holder is not original with me - I have seen the idea used in a number of other prints.  However, I designed this particular print from scratch - it is not a copy or a remix.The basic concept is pretty simple - print out one holder unit for each collet you have. The units can be connected linearly, in a square, a rectangle, or any other way you want to fit the pieces together. If you acquire more collets, simply print out additional units.FeaturesThe jigsaw “knobs and sockets” are tapered to help the units lock together.The units are hollow to speed printing and reduce filament usageThe units have a “bottom” so you can lift the holder along with the collets; the bottom is open in the center to reduce filament usage and make it easier to clean out swarfPrint InstructionsPrint the units in PETG using the 3mf or gcode files provided. No doubt PLA would work also, but I did not try this.
