This is a versatile camera mount for the MakerBot Replicator2X, engineered with precision so that the extruder never collides with the mount under normal conditions. Step one: liberate the Logitech C270 (or any equivalent model) from its restrictive plastic casing by simply removing it. Step two: gather a few essential nuts and bolts to securely attach the camera to the mount. Nylon threaded fasteners are recommended, as regular screws tend to loosen over time due to vibrations. The current cutouts accommodate 8mm across nuts with ease. Step three: print the mount on its backside, then install it. You may need to manually adjust the focus ring on the lens to achieve perfect alignment. To minimize vibrations and ensure accurate positioning, I recommend using a zip-tie to secure the lens in place.
