R2D2 Small Panel Hinge with Servo Mount

This is a dome hinge designed specifically for the small lower panels of Mr. Baddeley's Artoo dome. The hinge features an integrated mount for a small servo, allowing users to easily attach and control the movement of these panels. To ensure precise alignment, I've included a comprehensive jig that caters to the three smaller panels. Although I didn't create separate jigs for the medium and large lower panels, this small jig proved sufficient for establishing the bottom edge of the mount and then centering it accurately. Two of the panels, like those on the pie hinges, share the same pivot point, so I've included that file as well for reference.
