I'm excited to share more information with you. Check out this video for details: https://youtu.be/hH4L06uxcRU. The survey is now closed, and soon I'll be posting a video announcing the winner and sharing my plans for the next project. This model showcases the non-electronic version of my R2-D2 robot, available on Pinshape at https://pinshape.com/items/15477-3d-printed-r2d2-t... I removed components designed to hold electronics and instead used cylindrical connectors to assemble the entire piece. These connectors are included in the "extras" file. The tallest connectors connect the body to the arms and legs, while the middle-sized ones attach the butt plate to the middle leg. The smallest connectors link the body to the butt plate. These should be quite secure but may benefit from a small amount of glue for added stability. The head will slide onto its base and rotate once turned, thanks to a groove designed to keep it in place. Please note that I haven't personally printed this model, so if you encounter any issues during printing, let me know and I'll do my best to resolve them. However, all models are printable at 0.3mm layer height with supports already included. This design is also somewhat scalable, although the pegs may make it challenging to downsize significantly.
