Here is the rewritten text: I created a custom design for my sister using the Pololu Round Robot Chassis Kit. The kit inspired me to create all the parts from scratch, and I produced multiple versions of STL files with different features such as holes for sensors. I ordered an ultrasonic sensor to prevent collisions and a Bluetooth module to control R2D2 remotely with my smartphone. There are many apps available online that can be used to control the robot, but I have yet to decide which one will work best. The design features a hole in the head for an LED light and a hole in the base for an on/off switch. I also ordered a servo motor to move the head, but I need to test it further as it might not be powerful enough. To make R2D2 talk, I plan to use a module and a speaker. Most of the components are still en route to my house, so I will keep updating this post with new information. If you have any suggestions or questions, feel free to write me. Here is the list of materials I used: * Robot Chassis Kit * Arduino (Uno or Mega will work) * H-bridge * 1 LED RGB common cathode * Bluetooth module for Arduino (HC-05) * 1 switch on/off * 1 power bank (10000 mAh is sufficient) * 1 breadboard * Ultrasonic sensor for Arduino * Speaker
