R2-D2 - Feet MiciMix

You might be asking yourself "What the hell is a MiciMix"?Well, what you see here is not a true remix, as the changes are so damn minor that it doesn't deserve to be called a remix. It is rather a mod. This little cutie (Lucky 13 remix: R2-D2 by DrOperator) puts a smile on my face every time I walk past my shelf. It feels like a childhood dream come true and I now own my very own R2-D2. I just love him!I put him next to my C3PO model, but he can fall off the pedestal, so I did some very complicated physics calculations, ran lots of simulations and in the end just made a hole in the feet so I could put him on my "acrobatics pedestal" with a pin :DIn this process I added some more complicated holes to the side feet to use pieces of filament as cables, like you see in the movies. I guess that's what you call rocket science. The truth is that it's just my way of honoring Dr Operator and the model, as I only put my remixing hands on models that I really like. This is what i call MiciMix :)Get your own R2-D2 today and place it next to your C3PO.Assembly:Use some pieces of TPU (~2cm) and insert the ends into the side feet holesUse the pin with any foot you like and place your R2-D2 on the pedestalSmile   DUMMY 13 - Acrobatics pedestal - Pose stand
