R2-D2 Dome Pie Hinge (modified for less support)
thingiverse
This is a remix of Matt Zwarts Pie Hinges for R2 Dome Mechanisms. I did not like the need for so much support so i cut these apart and modified the base significantly, so you can print with minimal support/fit more on a print surface. I originally cut off the back end not knowing it was for cable managment, but kind of liked it due to it being smaller, so i included both that and the one with a better arch and the removal of an overhang so you can print with only base supports (picture above shows support block zones. I also increased the hole size that connects the base to the Pivot to 3MM to accommodate for 3mm bolts. Each hinge requires a SG90 https://www.amazon.com/Micro-Helicopter-Airplane-Remote-Control/dp/B072V529YD or MG90S https://www.amazon.com/ETMall-Helicopter-Arduino-Raspberry-Project/dp/B07R7PYK9T
