The original hinge by mkc2 is a great design but it won't print out right on my printer due to the overhangs. To fix this problem, I decided to split the hinge in half so each piece could be printed flat. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Printrbot Simple prints great, then just use JB Weld Kwik epoxy to put it all together. How I Designed This I'm grateful to mkc2 for the original file.
