I fine-tuned Prowinski's design to perfectly fit my BMW R1200GS. To do this, I adjusted the shim to a precise thickness that matched the screw and handle alignment. Since it won't have the same weight as the original bar end, you might experience some vibration issues. This custom part was printed on an Anet A8 3D printer without any supports and with a moderate 80% infill setting.
