This is a Remix of the 1/30 Outer Shoulder from BobC_3d (https://www.thingiverse.com/BobC_3d) optimized for printing diagonal on a 180x180mm printer like a Prusa Mini.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4340764

The original was a little to large for the printbed, so I decided to slice off the ends and make the printable separately.

I also merged the to end-caps together, this allows to clip to shoulders together much easier.

Also keep in mind that the end caps have a slight bend, therefor there are left and right ones, especially the double cap needs to be clipped to the shoulders correctly to be aligned.

Source: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2rgvsScAwXF

Print Tips

0.6 nozzle / 0.3 mm layer height
This can also be printed with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.3 mm layer height, as seen in the pictures, these are printed with a bigger nozzle.
Adjust your bridging flow accordingly, mine was set to 0.3 in Prusa Slicer

Textured Sheet
For a nice surface texture, like the original track parts, I use the textured sheet.

Textured Sheet 0.6 vs 0.4 nozzle
Printing with a 0.6 nozzle is super, but using a 0.4 nozzle forced me to use a brim. Without a brim the first layer detached randomly from the bed.

Sequential Prints
I also would suggest to do sequential prints, especially on the texture sheet with PLA, if one part starts releasing you can stop the print without sacrificing the rest.

PLA
I tested PLA and PETG for the parts and PLA has better grip for the cars on the track, whereas PETG is a little more slippery. I have not tested ABS yet, and most properly won't test it at all ;) but I think different material could make a race on the “limit" a little bit more interesting ;)
