I stopped the POST R&D cleanup process for this SLDPRT part, allowing it to remain uncleaned. This deliberate decision has turned the model into ideal tutorial material, preventing perfectionists from arising. This design's width is now 0.8mm narrower and its corners are rounded. The height of the battery support and edges have been reduced. Despite these changes, the model should still fit perfectly in place, though I haven't conducted a thorough test yet to confirm this. The model has undergone testing and appears flawless... (0.1mm might be an even more precise measurement for optimal results). A controlled environment with minimal variables would be ideal for further refinement. As it happens, the printer used was not optimized for the specific type of filament employed in this project.
