R-Systems TFT35 E3 frame to Creality CR20Pro
thingiverse
I recently started searching for an alternative main board for my CR20p due to stepper noise. I found the SKR1.4Turbo and without much hesitation purchased it along with the 3.5" screen intended for use in Ender series printers. Since we know that CR20 is quite different when it comes to screens. So, I designed this alternative main board solution. To assemble this modification, you will need to print: - CR20_35screen_bezel 1ea, supports are required. Print with a 30% infill and face up orientation. - CR20_35screen_bezel_back 1ea, supports are needed. I printed the inner side facing up and level relative to the bed, which will consume a significant amount of material for support but yields the best finish. - CR20_35screen_bezel_fasteners 1 set, no supports are necessary. A 100% infill would be ideal. - CR20_35screen_bezel_raisers 4ea, no supports are required, 100% infill is recommended. Note that to utilize this solution, you must perform the squashball leg modification or a similar adjustment to elevate the machine slightly. Otherwise, the screen will come into contact with the table.
