I've been tinkering with a wheel balancer and I think it's ready for prime time. It'll accommodate wheels up to the size of a SCT Truck Wheel or something similar. Any wheel with a 12mm hex should fit just fine. The hardware needed is straightforward: two 5mm nuts, one 5x60mm hex bolt, one 5x25mm hex bolt, two 3x14mm hex bolts, two 5x11x4mm bearings, and three 2.5x6mm hex bolts.
