R/C Helicopter Rear Rotor Blade

As soon as my friend discovered that I had acquired a new 3D printer, he immediately began looking for items for me to print on his behalf. His radio-controlled helicopter boasted a broken rear rotor blade, prompting me to take on the challenge. The copter itself is nothing remarkable, merely a low-cost toy lacking any distinct name or model designation beyond "Tough-Copter". I printed this twice in order to achieve a satisfactory result. During my initial attempt, I used a raft and supports with the blade positioned upright as normal. However, the support material on the underside of the blades proved to be extremely difficult to remove cleanly and smoothly due to its thinness. In response, I decided to print it again using a brim instead and supports, but this time I rotated the blade 90° onto its side. This modified approach added support specifically to the underside of the central cylinder and the mounting points for the blades. It appears that printing in this orientation yields the best results.
